<p><strong>All sales are final.</strong> Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has left our facility.</p>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at <a href="mailto:nerdclimax@yahoo.com">nerdclimax@yahoo.com</a> with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue.</p>
<p>We do not require damaged intimate products to be returned. We review claims using the photos provided and, when approved, may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.</p>
<p>Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem. We do not offer exchanges, and gift cards are non-refundable.</p>
