FAQs
Quick answers about discreet shipping, made-to-order timing, product care, and damaged-order support.
How discreet is your packaging?
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The outside of the package does not advertise the product inside.
How long does shipping take?
Most made-to-order items are processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Transit time depends on your location and shipping method at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We currently ship internationally. International delivery times vary by destination, customs, and the local carrier.
How do I care for my silicone products?
Clean with mild soap and warm water, or a toy-safe cleaner. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Why does my tracking number look like it's not updating or changed? (international)
When your order ships, the tracking number you first receive is from USPS. Once the package leaves the United States, it is transferred to our international shipping partner (GlobalPost), and then handed off to your local carrier. If you don't see the tracking number, please contact us and we can get it over to you.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final for intimate products once an item has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email nerdclimax@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review it.
