All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The outside of the package does not advertise the product inside.

How do I care for my silicone products?
Clean with mild soap and warm water, or a toy-safe cleaner. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Why does my tracking number look like it's not updating or changed? (international)
When your order ships, the tracking number you first receive is from USPS. Once the package leaves the United States, it is transferred to our international shipping partner (GlobalPost), and then handed off to your local carrier. If you don't see the tracking number, please contact us and we can get it over to you.
Do you accept returns?
